Hi I’m Alison.
I am Co-Director at Campbell & Fletcher and can honestly say I have never been prouder to be part of such a committed, professional, fun team!
I have enjoyed a diverse career having spent 20 years with Alliance & Leicester where I specialised in Public Sector Asset Finance and leadership, before making the change to recruitment in 2008. Since joining Campbell & Fletcher, I have gained valuable experience in all aspects of financial recruitment and have never looked back! I enjoy the interaction with clients and candidates and place great importance on empathy and communication.
I love live music, drinking cocktails, secondary of course to guiding my two beautiful boys and looking after my crazy dogs.

Melanie Phillips

Hi, I’m Mel.
I stared my recruitment career back in 2002 in the Commercial world, establishing many great clients. After 15 years with the same company, I decided it was time to adventure out of Commercial and try something new and exciting. I was offered the opportunity to join Campbell & Fletcher back in 2018 and have never looked back!!
I enjoy interacting with candidates at all levels and feel committed to giving clients and candidates the benefit of my experience and guidance, taking the time to learn and understand what they need, and then endeavoring to deliver it.
When I’m not in work, I love spending time with my friends and I’m partial to the odd glass or two of wine, which then leads to my love for pictures (partial to the odd selfie). I also love spending time with my niece and being the best Auntie this side of Manchester!
