With over 35 years’ experience across banking and financial services, Alison Campbell brings genuine industry insight to every search.
Alison began her career in banking and spent 20 years with Alliance & Leicester, specialising in Public Sector Asset Finance and working in leadership roles. This experience gave her a deep understanding of how financial organisations operate and the importance of finding people who are not only capable, but the right fit for the culture and role.
In 2008, Alison moved into recruitment and has specialised in financial services ever since. She works closely with both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships based on trust, honesty and open communication. Having worked within the sector herself, Alison brings a practical perspective and a real understanding of the environments her clients operate in.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys live music, the occasional cocktail, and spending time with her wife Caz and her two grown-up sons.

Hi, I’m Mel.
I stared my recruitment career back in 2002 in the Commercial world, establishing many great clients. After 15 years with the same company, I decided it was time to adventure out of Commercial and try something new and exciting. I was offered the opportunity to join Campbell & Fletcher back in 2018 and have never looked back!
I enjoy interacting with candidates at all levels and feel committed to giving clients and candidates the benefit of my experience and guidance, taking the time to learn and understand what they need, and then endeavoring to deliver it.
When I’m not in work, I love spending time with my friends and I’m partial to the odd glass or two of wine, which then leads to my love for pictures (partial to the odd selfie). I also love spending time with my niece and being the best Auntie this side of Manchester!
