CAMPBELL & FLETCHER RECRUITMENT – WORKING TO CLOSE THE GENDER DIVERSITY GAP
Campbell & Fletcher Recruitment are extremely proud to have signed and committed to actions to support the Women in Finance Charter. As an all-female company, closing the gender diversity gap is of high importance to us. As such, we have set out a number of internal and external targets to play our part in this movement.
As part of our commitment to the Women in Finance Charter, we are proud to have achieved 100% female representation within our senior management team as of September 2024.
We recognise that representation is only part of the journey. We remain focused on developing and strengthening our leadership through structured mentoring, continuous professional development, and external training programmes that support long-term progression and inclusive growth
THE CHARTER:
- Commits firms to supporting the progression of women into senior roles in the financial services sector by focusing on the executive pipeline and the mid tier level;
- Recognises the diversity of the sector and that firms will have different starting points – each firm should therefore set its own targets and implement the right strategy for their organisation;
- Requires firms to publicly report on progress to deliver against these internal targets to support the transparency and accountability needed to drive change.
